Responsibility
- Perform deep cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards for chemical handling
- Complete daily inspection checklists and submit quality reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Address client-specific cleaning requests with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year commercial cleaning experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in using digital task management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on client needs
- Background check and drug screen required
