Responsibility
- Maintain spotless cleanliness in offices, lobbies, and restrooms using industry-standard techniques
- Operate and maintain industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols and COSHH regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Deliver consistent results across multiple sites with attention to detail
- Complete daily checklists and digital reporting for quality assurance
- Provide exceptional customer service to building occupants and visitors
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year professional cleaning experience in commercial settings
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Reliable transportation to cover multiple central London locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic understanding of English language for safety instructions
- Professional appearance and strong time management skills
- Pass background check and reference verification
- COSHH training certification preferred (training provided if not held)
