Responsibility
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Wipe surfaces, polish furniture, and ensure all rooms are presentable
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists for each assignment
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisors promptly
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualification
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required – we provide training
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed
