Responsibility
- Execute detailed cleaning schedules for assigned commercial spaces (offices, lobbies, restrooms) to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform deep sanitation of high-touch surfaces, kitchens, and break areas using approved, eco-friendly products.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating auto-scrubbers.
- Monitor and restock consumable supplies (paper products, soap) in restrooms and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and safely dispose of waste and recyclables.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or inventory needs to the shift supervisor.
- Uphold all safety protocols and company standards for hygiene and presentation.
Qualification
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in commercial, residential, or hotel cleaning preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a great work ethic.
- Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for an entire shift.
- Reliability: Must have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation to job sites across NYC.
- Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Chemical Knowledge: Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
