As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for crop cultivation, livestock management, and ensuring the productivity of our farm. Responsibility
- Plan and execute crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting schedules to maximize yield.
- Manage livestock including feeding, health monitoring, and breeding programs.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Implement irrigation systems and manage water usage efficiently.
- Monitor soil health and apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
- Maintain records of farm activities, inventory, and produce quality.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Agriculture or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional farming experience.
- Strong knowledge of crop management and livestock care.
- Ability to operate and repair farm machinery.
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
