Responsibility
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of residential properties including deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Perform detailed laundry services, including ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization
- Manage inventory and restock household supplies (cleaning products, toiletries, etc.)
- Prepare rooms for guests, including bed-making, towel replacement, and amenity setup
- Coordinate with property managers for special event preparations and post-event cleanup
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning protocols and sustainable practices
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury/residential settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and reference verification
- Strong attention to detail with proven organizational skills
- Physical stamina to handle extended standing, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
