As a Surveyor, you will play a key role in conducting boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and more. Responsibility
- Conduct field surveys using GPS, total station, and conventional surveying equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey notes, records, and sketches.
- Perform boundary determinations and legal descriptions.
- Work with CAD technicians to produce detailed survey drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers.
- Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment.
- Review and interpret property deeds and records.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
- Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey software.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
