Responsibility

- Secure $500K+ in annual research funding through NSF/NIH/industry grants
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Supervise PhD dissertations and mentor undergraduate research projects
- Collaborate with industry partners at Harvard's Innovation Lab
- Contribute to departmental curriculum development and strategic planning
- Advise student startups through Harvard's Entrepreneurship Center
Qualification
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years post-grad research
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching (student evaluations >4.5/5)
- Published in top-tier conferences/journals (h-index >20)
- Industry experience in scalable ML/AI systems development
- Strong background in distributed computing and deep learning frameworks
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary research teams
