Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools (MMPI, WAIS, Rorschach)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse clinical populations
- Provide evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care)
- Lead crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
- Supervise junior psychologists and clinical psychology interns
- Conduct diagnostic interviews and prepare detailed psychological reports
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals
- Conduct psychoeducational workshops for community outreach
Qualification
- S1/S2 in Clinical Psychology from accredited university (S2 preferred)
- STRPs (Surat Tanda Registrasi Psikolog) certification
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in mental health settings
- Expertise in diagnostic assessment and therapeutic interventions
- Certification in at least one evidence-based modality (CBT/DBT/ACT)
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Experience supervising psychology trainees or junior staff
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
