Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based therapies.
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions to a diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuous education programs.
- Supervise and mentor graduate‑level interns and post‑doctoral fellows.
- Contribute to the development of clinic‑wide policies and quality‑improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Washington (or eligible to obtain licensure).
- Minimum of 2 years of post‑doctoral clinical experience.
- Proficiency in evidence‑based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Strong diagnostic and psychometric assessment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
