Responsibility
- Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and postâdischarge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and upâtoâdate electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety audits, and staff training sessions.
Qualification
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Proven experience in acute care, emergency, or intensive care nursing environments.
- Strong clinical assessment, criticalâthinking, and problemâsolving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification and compliance with hospital immunization policies.
