Responsibility
- Monitor patient health and provide critical care interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess and document patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualification
- Valid RN license issued by the State of New York.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
