Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning duties including detailed kitchen and bathroom sanitation, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.
- Execute deep cleaning tasks for periodic maintenance (e.g., oven interiors, baseboards, window tracks, and refrigerator coils).
- Follow specific client care plans for delicate surfaces such as marble, hardwood, and high-end fabrics.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables; promptly report shortages.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and security protocols within private residences and buildings.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management to ensure 100% satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of professional residential, commercial, or hospitality housekeeping experience required.
- Deep understanding of proper cleaning methods and chemical safety (OSHA standards are a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
- Excellent time management skills and a self-driven work ethic with minimal supervision.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with reliable transportation to and from Manhattan job sites.
- Outstanding references from recent employers are mandatory (background check required).
- Fluency in English (bilingual Spanish/English is a major asset).
