Responsibility
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ retail staff to exceed performance targets
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance brand presentation
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to maximize profitability
- Coordinate inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams on in-store promotions
- Conduct performance reviews and career development sessions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management preferred
- 5+ years retail experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven track record in driving sales KPIs and team productivity
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Strong conflict resolution and people management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Excellent analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid driver's license required
