Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Track and analyze weekly/monthly sales metrics to ensure pipeline health.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
Qualification
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to client sites in the NYC metro area.
