Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualification
- S1 degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Valid SIM and willingness for regional travel
