Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective closing techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify lead generation opportunities and promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles with a track record of meeting quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings if required.
