Responsibility
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain longâterm client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals while ensuring winâwin outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and generate weekly pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine goâtoâmarket strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualification
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Selfâmotivated, ability to work independently, and strong timeâmanagement skills.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driverâs license and ability to travel within the New York metro area as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced, targetâdriven environment.
