Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new sales prospects through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay upâtoâdate on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
Qualification
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a customerâfirst mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Selfâmotivated, detailâoriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to travel locally as needed.
