Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic school improvement plans aligned with district goals
- Lead faculty through curriculum innovation and data-driven instruction
- Manage school operations, budgets, and facility resources efficiently
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents, staff, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with state education regulations and accreditation standards
- Mentor teachers and evaluate staff performance through constructive feedback
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all school activities
Qualification
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field (Ed.D. preferred)
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience + 3 years administrative leadership
- Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification
- Proven track record of improving student achievement metrics
- Expertise in budget management and resource allocation
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with curriculum development and educational technology integration
