Responsibility
- Lead strategic planning, curriculum development, and instructional leadership to drive academic excellence across all grade levels
- Manage daily school operations including budget oversight, facility maintenance, and compliance with NYSED regulations
- Mentor and evaluate teaching staff, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous professional growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and district officials to enhance school partnerships
- Implement data-driven assessment systems to monitor student progress and inform instructional improvements
- Develop and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that promote cultural responsiveness
- Oversee extracurricular programs and student support services to ensure holistic development
Qualification
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field (Ed.D. or Ph.D. preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in K-12 education
- Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and school performance metrics
- Expertise in budget management, grant writing, and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of current educational trends, technology integration, and trauma-informed practices
