As the instructional leader, you will oversee all academic programs, staff development, student discipline, and community engagement. Responsibility
- Provide instructional leadership and ensure curriculum alignment with state standards.
- Manage and evaluate teaching and support staff to promote professional growth.
- Develop and implement school-wide policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and facility management.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, community organizations, and district leadership.
- Lead data-driven decision making to improve student outcomes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the school community.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Valid Principal Certification or equivalent administrative license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 education, including at least 3 years in an administrative role.
- Demonstrated success in improving student achievement and school performance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budget management and strategic planning.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable school culture.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and the community.
