Responsibility
- Develop and implement school-wide academic and operational policies
- Supervise, evaluate, and support faculty and staff to ensure professional growth
- Foster a positive school culture that promotes student achievement and well-being
- Manage school budget, resources, and facilities effectively
- Engage with parents, community leaders, and stakeholders to build strong partnerships
- Ensure compliance with state and federal educational regulations
- Lead curriculum development and instructional best practices
- Monitor and analyze student performance data to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Valid state Principal certification or license
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience and 3 years in administrative leadership
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and school performance
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of educational technology and data-driven instruction
- Ability to build and maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive school community
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
