Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic educational plans aligned with institutional vision and state standards
- Lead curriculum innovation, instructional improvement, and data-driven decision making
- Manage school operations, including budget oversight, facility management, and compliance
- Mentor and evaluate teaching staff through targeted professional development
- Foster strong relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and district officials
- Create an inclusive school culture promoting student well-being and behavioral excellence
- Oversee enrollment, student assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field (Ed.D./Ph.D. preferred)
- Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification
- Minimum 5 years progressive K-12 leadership experience
- Proven record of improving student achievement and school climate
- Expertise in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and educational technology
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of NYSED regulations and federal compliance requirements
