Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic educational plans aligned with institutional goals and state standards
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty to ensure high-quality instruction and professional growth
- Manage school operations, budgets, and facilities efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Foster strong relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and district administrators
- Oversee curriculum development, assessment programs, and student achievement initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all school activities
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and reporting requirements
Qualification
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field (Ed.D. preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in K-12 education
- Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and school performance
- Expertise in curriculum development, data analysis, and instructional coaching
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with budget management and operational oversight
