Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic vision for academic programs and school culture
- Lead faculty recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation
- Manage school operations, budgeting, and compliance with district policies

- Oversee curriculum alignment with state standards and innovative teaching practices
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and social-emotional wellbeing initiatives
- Drive data-informed decision making for continuous school improvement
Qualification
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field (Doctorate preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in school administration
- NYS School Building Leader certification required
- Proven track record of improving student achievement metrics
- Expertise in budget management and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
