Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the school that aligns with district goals and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
- Academic Oversight: Monitor curriculum implementation, analyze student performance data, and ensure all instructional practices meet state and national standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
- Financial Administration: Manage the school's budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support educational programs and facility maintenance.

Qualification
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field is required; Doctorate preferred.
- Certification: Valid New York State School Principal or Administrator license.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of successful teaching experience and at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative capacity.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of improving student achievement and managing complex organizational operations.
