Responsibility
- Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement a clear academic vision and strategic plan.
- Oversee curriculum development, instruction, and assessment to ensure high student achievement.
- Manage school operations, including budget, facilities, and human resources.
- Recruit, evaluate, and support teachers and staff to promote professional growth.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture that values diversity and student well-being.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, families, and the community to support student success.
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations and policies.
- Drive data-informed decision-making to continuously improve school performance.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Valid Texas Principal Certification (or eligible to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience and at least 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and school performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of instructional best practices, curriculum standards, and assessment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive school culture.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
