Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive educational vision aligned with state and national standards.
- Oversee daily school operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and professional growth.

Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Valid State Principal or School Administrator Certification/License.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in educational leadership, including experience as an Assistant Principal or Dean.
- Proven track record of improving school performance metrics and student outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment strategies, and special education laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
