Responsibility
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions in Math, Science, English, and Social Studies
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Collaborate with education specialists to implement effective teaching strategies
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, STAAR)
- Maintain accurate session documentation and scheduling records
- Participate in quarterly training workshops on pedagogical innovations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of proven tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt teaching methods
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and assessment tools
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose learning gaps
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
- Availability for weekday evenings and weekend sessions
