Responsibility
- Deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring in Mathematics, Sciences, English, and SAT/ACT Prep
- Develop customized learning plans based on diagnostic assessments
- Track student progress using our digital reporting system
- Communicate progress and actionable insights to parents and academic advisors
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching materials
- Maintain 95%+ student satisfaction through adaptive teaching approaches
- Participate in monthly pedagogical workshops
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- 3+ years of proven tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in at least two core academic subjects (Grades 6-12)
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent credential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with standardized testing formats (SAT, ACT, AP)
- Proficiency in digital tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Background check clearance
