Responsibility
- Identify and pursue high-potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to onboarding.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a complex pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
