Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and design development of complex architectural projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial client brief to final construction documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards (BREEAM/LEED).
- Oversee the work of junior architects and interns, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress to ensure design fidelity.
- Present design concepts and renderings to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, interior designers, and planning consultants.
Qualification
- Qualified Architect with RIBA Part 3 and at least 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and 3D modeling (SketchUp, Rhino).
- Proven track record of managing commercial or residential projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent understanding of UK construction methods, planning laws, and building regulations.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and technical capability.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients and teams.
