Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical/electrical systems in domestic and foreign vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain detailed service documentation
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide transparent customer communications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies through continuous training
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- ASE Master Technician certification required
- Expertise in hybrid/electric vehicle systems preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanners and computerized alignment systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
