Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on domestic/import vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
- Execute scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, brake inspections, and system tune-ups
- Lead junior technicians and provide technical guidance on complex repairs
- Document service procedures and maintain accurate customer records in digital systems
- Conduct vehicle safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines
- Stay updated on emerging automotive technologies and manufacturer-specific protocols
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- ASE certifications in at least 3 key areas (e.g., A4, A6, A8)
- Advanced proficiency in diagnostic scanners and computerized systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of hybrid/electric vehicle systems preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
