Responsibility
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on luxury vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Audi)
- Lead a team of 3 junior technicians and mentor apprentices
- Manage inventory control for parts ordering and vendor relationships
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Utilize digital diagnostic tools (e.g., Snap-on Modis, Autel)
- Prepare detailed repair estimates and customer communication
- Maintain 5-star review standards through meticulous workmanship
Qualification
- 5+ years' experience as an automotive technician
- ASE certifications in A8, A6, and A9 (or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of European vehicle systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with hybrid/electric vehicle systems
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proficiency in shop management software (Mitchell 1, AllData)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various positions
