Responsibility
- Deliver premium barbering services including fades, straight razor shaves, beard grooming, and scalp treatments
- Maintain exceptional client relationships through personalized consultations and retention strategies
- Ensure strict hygiene standards and equipment maintenance per salon protocols
- Collaborate with stylists on cross-promotion and seasonal service packages
- Manage inventory of premium grooming products and recommend retail solutions
- Participate in monthly trend workshops and skill development sessions
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years professional barbering experience with advanced fade techniques
- Valid New York State Barber License required
- Portfolio demonstrating precision cutting and styling expertise
- Strong client communication and upselling abilities
- Proficiency in Point of Sale systems and appointment scheduling
