Responsibility
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for technology implementations.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather consensus and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and current state vs. future state documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum teams, Product Owners, and QA to ensure accurate delivery of features and functionality.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and training to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned business lines, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation is essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with C-level stakeholders.
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA is a significant plus.
