Responsibility
- Conduct thorough requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and data models to guide development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to gather consensus and manage expectations.
- Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend reporting to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the testing and implementation phases by defining acceptance criteria and validating solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for core business processes, providing ongoing support and training.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interface with C-level executives and technical developers.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in BPMN or UML modeling tools.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are highly desirable.
