Responsibility
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and engineering teams
- Validate solutions through testing and provide ongoing support post-implementation
- Maintain requirement traceability matrices and change management logs
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong understanding of API integrations and microservices architecture
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
