Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain process flows, wireframes, and data models to support system development.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product managers, and business units.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
