Responsibility
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Validate data integrity and develop KPI dashboards for executive reporting
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
Qualification
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent professional certification
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from conception to launch
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
