Responsibility
- Lead complex requirements gathering sessions with C-level executives and key stakeholders to translate strategic business objectives into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to identify trends, validate business hypotheses, and drive data-centric decision-making.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical development teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters within an Agile environment.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring final deliverables meet stringent quality standards and business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a highly analytical consulting role within a fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and analysis; experience with Python or R is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and extensive experience working with cross-functional scrum teams, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Strong proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Project.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a relentless attention to detail.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are strongly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse, non-technical audiences.
