Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating high-level business visions into detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions, including workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing systems and processes.
- Create and manage an organized backlog of features, epics, and user stories in Jira and Confluence.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD), functional specifications, and traceability matrices.
- Perform rigorous data analysis using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to validate hypotheses and support business cases.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Manage UAT cycles, define test strategies, and coordinate sign-off processes across multiple departments.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the establishment of enterprise BA standards and best practices.
Qualification
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally within Financial Services, FinTech, or SaaS environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with APIs, data modeling, and system integration concepts.
- Tools: Advanced skills in Jira, Confluence, and BPMN tools. Experience with Figma or Balsamiq is a plus.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Mindset: A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
