Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for large-scale technology programs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Define and document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' process maps using BPMN 2.0 standard, identifying gaps and recommending transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives while managing stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, creating test plans and coordinating sign-offs to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
- Act as a change management champion, developing communication plans and training materials to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- 4-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a fast-paced technology or financial services environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VBA).
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong foundational knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams alike.
- Active CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum (CSPO/CSM) certification is a distinct advantage.
