Responsibility
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and technical specifications using UML and BPMN
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to map processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for process automation
- Lead cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation
- Create financial models and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for documentation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within tech or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Demonstrated success translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Strong background in process mapping and workflow optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
