Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for high-impact fintech projects
- Develop comprehensive process flows and user stories using JIRA and Confluence
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across product, engineering, and executive teams
- Create detailed business cases with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Translate technical specifications into non-technical executive dashboards
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize BA team workflows
Qualification
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Proven track record implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Advanced certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Strong background in A/B testing and statistical analysis
