Responsibility
- Partner with C-level executives and department heads to identify business needs, define project scope, and translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Conduct sophisticated data analysis using SQL and BI tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for process optimization.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, cross-functional workshops, and stakeholder interviews to ensure complete alignment.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in JIRA.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring deliverables meet high standards of quality and business value.
- Facilitate seamless communication between business units and development squads, prioritizing the product backlog for maximum ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, championing Agile best practices and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or MS) strongly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Financial Services or FinTech.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills, expertise in Tableau or Power BI, deep familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe) highly desired.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience in Waterfall environments.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems, analyze data, and propose structured solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
