Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to define clear business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, user flows, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current operations and desired future states.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our BA methodologies.
- Present findings and solution proposals to executive stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in a technology or consultancy environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent command of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
