Responsibility
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure alignment.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, use cases, and wireframes.
- Lead gap analysis sessions to define the future state of business operations.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver progress reports to executive leadership.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the technology or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
